Cross Auto had their work cut out for them with my vehicle!! A lot of adventures over the years have pinstriped the sides of my truck and now it’s better than new!! He buffed them all out and I went with the 1-year ceramic coating which left everything incredibly shiny and slick. Thank you for your skills! I would add photos but it’s been dark (thanks PNW winters) so just trust when I say the paint is essentially a mirror now :

I recently went to Mitch for a detail and ended up getting a ceramic coating. I’m very pleased. It looks brand new. There were a few scratches in the clear coat that I can no longer see, at all, and it’s so easy to keep clean. I don’t think I would go to anyone else for a detail now. Great communication with the questions I had about the packages they offer. Car went in needing waxed desperately with lots of oxidation and two spots where factory protective stickers came off. The car looked new when done and got all the sticker residue off. Inside looked great and had the front seats cleaned and all stains were removed. Very happy with the results and definitely will go back

Would give 6 stars if I could! Mitch did an excellent job bringing the paint to life on my 2020 Ram. De-badged, full paint correction and ceramic coating. My paint had metallic flake you couldn't even notice before with all of the hazing and swirls. Now it's like looking in a mirror. You can tell he takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend

With all of my outdoor activities my FJ Cruiser gets pretty dirty inside and out. It’s also 16 years old and has 220,000 miles but, after a few hours with Mitch, you would think it was a fairly new car. He did an amazing job with it both inside and out. And that was just his basic detail service! Mitch provided great communication from setting up my appointment to keeping me updated on when my car would be ready for pickup. It’s so nice to be driving a clean car again, at least for a while

Mitch did an absolutely superb job detailing my 2016 CRV. Our family has 2 dogs, a toddler, and we do a whole lot of traveling with them. I haven’t seen my vehicle this clean since we drove it off the lot! I've been in the car business in Bellingham for about ten years and seen the work of many detail shops. Cross Auto Detail stands out above the rest. I brought in a 2020 Outback that had been a rental car in Montana for the last 60k miles. Suffice it to say, it was dirty and tired looking. Mitch and his crew had it for a day and got it looking like new. My favorite part is how clean they got the interior. Many detailers use a lot of shiny protectant spray to make an interior *look* clean. These guys actually CLEAN it until it shines. I couldn't be happier

Mitch did a great job detailing my cars interior, I have fabric seats that had some kind of soil staining on them when I purchased the car used from a dealer. It bothered me that I could clean much of the car myself, but really didn't have to tools to make it spotless and get rid of those markings on the seats. Mitch was able to shampoo and extract that out of the car seats and got the interior glass, fabric, floors, mats and all the nooks and crannies completely spotless. He seems to take pride in his work, and that shows up in many of his reviews and photos. I also had gotten sideswiped recently and will come back to have Mitch do an exterior detailing, so the car has better paint protection and looks brand new again. Regardless, the interior detailing package included an exterior was and Mitch went above and beyond removing a few of the paint markings on the side doors of the car. You'll really enjoy riding in a clean, like new interior - I can't recommend his service enough - because I really feel happier in my car when I drive it now

A friend stopped by with what I thought was a brand new truck - it wasn’t new, he said he just had it ceramic coated. His car looked like a million bucks. I've been in the car business in Bellingham for about ten years and seen the work of many detail shops. Cross Auto Detail stands out above the rest. I brought in a 2020 Outback that had been a rental car in Montana for the last 60k miles. Suffice it to say, it was dirty and tired looking. Mitch did a great job detailing my cars interior, I have fabric seats that had some kind of soil staining on them when I purchased the car used from a dealer. It bothered me that I could clean much of the car myself, but really didn't have to tools to make it spotless and get rid of those markings on the seats. Mitch was able to shampoo and extract that out of the car seats and got the interior glass, fabric, floors, mats and all the nooks and crannies completely spotless. He seems to take pride in his work, and that shows up in many of his reviews and photos. I also had gotten sideswiped recently and will come back to have Mitch do an exterior detailing, so the car has better paint protection and looks brand new again. Regardless, the interior detailing package included an exterior was and Mitch went above and beyond removing a few of the paint markings on the side doors of the car. You'll really enjoy riding in a clean, like new interior - I can't recommend his service enough - because I really feel happier in my car when I drive it now

Great communication with the questions I had about the packages they offer. Car went in needing waxed desperately with lots of oxidation and two spots where factory protective stickers came off. The car looked new when done and got all the sticker residue off. Inside looked great and had the front seats cleaned and all stains were removed. Would give 6 stars if I could! Mitch did an excellent job bringing the paint to life on my 2020 Ram. De-badged, full paint correction and ceramic coating. With all of my outdoor activities my FJ Cruiser gets pretty dirty inside and out. It’s also 16 years old and has 220,000 miles but, after a few hours with Mitch, you would think it was a fairly new car. He did an amazing job with it both inside and out. And that was just his basic detail service! Mitch provided great communication from setting up my appointment to keeping me updated on when my car would be ready for pickup. Would give 6 stars if I could! Mitch did an excellent job bringing the paint to life on my 2020 Ram. De-badged, full paint correction and ceramic coating. My paint had metallic flake you couldn't even notice before with all of the hazing and swirls. Now it's like looking in a mirror. You can tell he takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend

Mitch did a fantastic job on my Jeep compass. I haul dogs during the summer and my car was a mess from dog hair to throw up between the seats and he was able to clean the hard to reach places. With all of my outdoor activities my FJ Cruiser gets pretty dirty inside and out. It’s also 16 years old and has 220,000 miles but, after a few hours with Mitch, you would think it was a fairly new car. He did an amazing job with it both inside and out. And that was just his basic detail service! Mitch provided great communication from setting up my appointment to keeping me updated on when my car would be ready for pickup. It’s so nice to be driving a clean car again, at least for a while

Mitch did an absolutely superb job detailing my 2016 CRV. Our family has 2 dogs, a toddler, and we do a whole lot of traveling with them. I haven’t seen my vehicle this clean since we drove it off the lot! I've been in the car business in Bellingham for about ten years and seen the work of many detail shops. Cross Auto Detail stands out above the rest. I brought in a 2020 Outback that had been a rental car in Montana for the last 60k miles. Suffice it to say, it was dirty and tired looking. Mitch and his crew had it for a day and got it looking like new. My favorite part is how clean they got the interior. Many detailers use a lot of shiny protectant spray to make an interior *look* clean. These guys actually CLEAN it until it shines. I couldn't be happier

Mitch did a great job detailing my cars interior, I have fabric seats that had some kind of soil staining on them when I purchased the car used from a dealer. It bothered me that I could clean much of the car myself, but really didn't have to tools to make it spotless and get rid of those markings on the seats. Mitch was able to shampoo and extract that out of the car seats and got the interior glass, fabric, floors, mats and all the nooks and crannies completely spotless. He seems to take pride in his work, and that shows up in many of his reviews and photos. I also had gotten sideswiped recently and will come back to have Mitch do an exterior detailing, so the car has better paint protection and looks brand new again. Regardless, the interior detailing package included an exterior was and Mitch went above and beyond removing a few of the paint markings on the side doors of the car. You'll really enjoy riding in a clean, like new interior - I can't recommend his service enough - because I really feel happier in my car when I drive it now

A friend stopped by with what I thought was a brand new truck - it wasn’t new, he said he just had it ceramic coated. His car looked like a million bucks. I asked our friend where he had his car done - he said “call Mitch at Cross Auto Detail” So for my husband’s birthday I thought this would be the perfect gift - to have his car ceramic coated and detailed…and it turned out to be one of the best gifts he’s ever received. Cross Auto had their work cut out for them with my vehicle!! A lot of adventures over the years have pinstriped the sides of my truck and now it’s better than new!! He buffed them all out and I went with the 1-year ceramic coating which left everything incredibly shiny and slick. Thank you for your skills! Great communication with the questions I had about the packages they offer. Car went in needing waxed desperately with lots of oxidation and two spots where factory protective stickers came off. The car looked new when done and got all the sticker residue off. Inside looked great and had the front seats cleaned and all stains were removed. Very happy with the results and definitely will go back
